Incorrect shipping addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

 

If your order was placed less than 24 hours ago and you haven't received a shipping confirmation email yet, please get in touch here and let me know (be sure to include your full correct shipping address).

Please be sure to contact me ASAP. The Golden Lash Lab is not responsible for customer-error addresses.

Order processing can take up to 3 business days. Please note that during public holidays, order processing can take up to 5 business days. Thank you for your patience!

Golden Lash Lab offers a standard shipping flat rate of $5 across Australia.

International shipping delays

We ship with Australia Post. While it is standard for parcels to travel by air, the sudden increase of Australia Post's parcel volume may cause some shipments to be transported by sea, resulting in a lengthened delay. To ensure you're up to date with your parcel, tracking numbers are available with all international orders.

Customs and import charges: International

Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. The destination country imposes these charges, and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges.

 

Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.
